There is a well know problem in network marketing…some people make it, most people quit. Why is that? What makes success in this marvelous industry? We have 2 people from the same company working as hard, applying same strategies, but after 3 years in business one has made it to the top and another one is barely paying the bills if not out of the business already. Just three years were able to make such a great difference!!! So what does success depend on particularly in home based businesses?

You can learn all about the best marketing strategies in existence, most cutting edge techniques that truly created a ton of success for people who applied them. You may have gathered all the knowledge about online and offline marketing methods, but you may still fail…

I have seen many people make it and fail at it. And the only difference was that little factor. They all started off excited and worked hard, but for some reason only a few stayed after a year of work. Some lasted only a month, others a few months, it all depended on how much “business stamina” they had in them.

OK enough of keeping it a secret. So what is the business stamina that literally determines your success? Personal Growth, that’s right its not some ethical principles, its EVERYTHING.

That is the reason why so many people will leave their new business after about 60 days. That is what it takes to figure out that there is more to becoming successful in this arena than a descent comp plan or a good company.

Personal Development or Growth takes a lot of effort and time, but without it you are destined for failure. What can you give to the world if you have nothing to give? Why would people join you – because people join people, not companies – what do you have that they don’t?

You see, you really have to become valuable to people for them to chase you and follow you. You can try chasing them and see how long you will last, but I don’t think too long. People will come to you when they can benefit from you and that’s what personal growth will give you – value to give to others.

Start building your personal value. Start reading books about personal development and the mindset of an entrepreneur. Study successful people and read what they read, listen to what they listen, become THEM!

Now if you are here for a quick buck, or you have been told that if you do ’1 2 3′ you will make a ton of money, then it is not for you. The universe will haunt you down, test you and determine if you deserve success. It will weed out every opportunity seeker, and only the real entrepreneurs will stay and benefit from the riches of our fair universe.

It is not too late to start working on your mindset and to start becoming an entrepreneur. It is not a CHANCE anymore, you now have a CHOICE and whether you choose to succeed depends solely on you and YOU alone. Nobody can help you create success, you can take their knowledge and study how they became what they are and COPY it, but YOU and only YOU will have to create success for yourself.
